Just got an email for Introducing the PayPal Cashback Mastercard.... Now one thing i dont see is does it have the deferred 0% offers as well, like BlisPay......
Pretty looking card if the picture is accurate...

I also just got this in my e-mail. Very enticing for the 2%. I can't seem to get a pre-qual from Citi so perhaps this is a good alternative.
Any drawbacks? I've never had a Synchrony card. Aren't they SP CLIs?
