I have a question in regards to CLI. It shows your current CL and then there asking credit limit. so if you have $7k limit and want $15k do you put $15k or just ask for the difference? I'm a bit con fused on this.
It's the total amount you want your limit to be.
@blunderer wrote:Siopao - based on the cards your signature shows you have, I doubt if it's the BK since NFCU granted you the goRewards and you have the Siggy. Maybe there is an internal limit with having multiple cards in addition to an internal limit on an individual card? I think I'll do as suggested and call to ask about my internal limit including if that limits me being approved for another card with them. Currently I only have the one Visa Signature card. Not that I plan on apping it'll just be good to know.
It could very well be the case. I do eventually want to get the Flagship, so I'll try to increase the goRewards and eventually do a PC to Flagship. But for now, I'm in the garden for a while!
Let us know if you're able to get your internal limit from NFCU.
No go on getting the internal limit from NFCU.
I specifically asked if my internal limit for $10k on my Siggy was my internal limit across the board for NFCU cc's, meaning since I hit that limit, I would not be approved for an additional card. I was told that each application for new credit would be reviewed separately and determined accordingly. Like I said I wasn't going to app since NFCU HP every time the did a CLI I now have 6 inquiries from them alone so no new cc's for me.
Note, I did speak directly to the cc department so not sure if that made a difference in the response given.
Thanks for the update.
kLT, i GOT APPROVED FOR BOTH MY NAVCHECK 2.5k AND MY CASH REWARDS (3k) AT EQ584, 2 MONTHS AFTER GETTING A SEC NREWARDS
Jordanmedical I would have worried less if he had your 584!! His 568 had me figuring ..NO!! But I was wrong :-)
Congratulations! Based on your creditworthiness, you have been approved for a
nRewards Visa credit card. Your new credit line will be $5,000.00. Your APR will
be prime plus 14.74%. You should receive your new card(s) in 7-10 normal mail
delivery days.
Congrats to him! NFCU is soooo good for rebuilding.
