With your scores I'd wager it's approved. Asked for the full 15k myself and got approved instantly online.

I had forgot I had a freeze on my credit report. So I was asked to unfreeze it...AND, AND,

Approved while I was on the phone...w/o POI...APPROVED...I will get the note in the mail.
