PNC vs the Thin File

See siggy for current cards/scores. My income is good part-time. I'm interested in the PNC cash builder because of the gas and dining cash back. I do not currently bank with PNC.

Has anybody else with a thin file had good luck with PNC?

Thanks!

Curious as to what the fascination is with this particular CC? The rewards are lackluster and the redemption limit is $50. There are plenty of other cards that will give you a better return on rewards.

4% gas and 3% dining no-AF. If anybody has better recommendations I'm open to them.

PNC is a conservative bank, but if you have a banking relationship with them, they are more apt to overlook things  like inquiries and utilization.
