Hello, I'm telling you that I recently completed the application for the Macys card and the Amex and Plenti was approved. Yesterday I filled out for the PenFed Platinum Rewards VISA Signature card and I left a message that was referred to a credit specialist and they would communicate with me between 24 and 48 hours. What does that mean? denial?

No not necessarily a denial or an approval, just means it needs to be manually reviewed . Without knowing anything about your profile it would be hard to speculate anything more , good luck to you
