Say what? 32 EQ inquiries?
Yep.. I know I know... The big 32. Over half of those are from NFCU before learning anything about ARs.
No harm in asking for more. The worst PenFed can say to you is "no mas" and you might also get some good data points on how to increase your credit limit in the near future with them from an LO.

Last question: will my risk based model show up in Messages even though I was denied? No I believe it's only if you are approved.
And sometimes not even if you're approved. I never got one.

WOW these stats truly give me a reason to recon!!! FC congrats on your approval! My EQ FICO 8 is about 20something points stronger, less derogs, 1/3 of the HPs. I guess my double NA's was what scared them!

When should these new accounts report to the bureaus? According to my calculations, this credit limit should decrease my utilization to about 15 or 16% from 26%!! Cant wait to see how this pans out.
Has anyone else done their utilization math?
It reports after first statement.
I just got an alert. Experian is reporting my PenFed CC. But so far, no jump in score You would think with $15k that would give a nice little bump with my utilization.

Depends on what your util was before and after.
Original 3B report from 4/24 says 28% with only $24,100 I think. Since I got that awesome PenFed approval, I app'd 2 more times.
So that's a increase of $31,100 (I think I did that math right). I only have about $6300 in CC debt. I'm thinking since 30% of your credit scrore is utiliztion, going from 28% to almost 10% will have a major impact. I already know Amex wont report for a couple months based on other boards. But all the others....
