They are not open at nights if I'm not mistaken... You are calling directly into credit who can then send you to verification if they have any more questions or maybe just process the paperwork in the system and click the finalize button.

Well -- last time it was about 6:30 or so when I was trying to fax my ID -- the fax line changed over to a call in line -- so they actually answered the phone on my fax machine LOL.

So hopefully they don't close too early. That could have very well been the plain CS line.

We shall see!
