I broke my American Airlines transactions into two $150 virtual gifts cards. In actuality I did purchase a flight with AA and I am writing this from the airport, so the two $150 charges seem legit. I just recently called EO and the first transaction which posted today and it was reversed without any problems. I am just waiting for the second $150 transction to post to have that creditited.

I did inquire about the 140K point offer, and the CSR escalated the issue to the Marketing Department to make sure that I receive the points instead of the two free nights. 

P.S. I love the fact that I do not have to give them my account number whenever I call, for the phone number associated with the account is the one that I use (my mobile)!

First $150 SW charge was credited. The other chage has posted. I'll let you guys know if and when the gentleman that I talked to goes ahead and credits the other. He should be calling me soon with the resolution to the sign up offer.

All of mine have been credited.  I posted I bought 2 $110 and 1 $80 delta gift card on the 25th.  But when I look today, it posted as 3 seperate transactions /cleared. I called and she asked me what they were for and I said upgrade and baggage.  She said you are all set and it resets January 1st.  I said thank you and happy new year.  That was easy...... now if I can get the annual fee waived then wil will be in business..

Just called in to get my travel creidt.  I did one $300 charge for Delta gc's.  No issue, full amount was credited.
