Updated the OP so that it's easier to follow for anyone new to this thread so they are not discouraged or forced to read 10 pages of text (5 of which are congratulatory

Today is the 14th. I logged into my account and did notice the following:
1. My Barclay NFL Rewards card has been PC to the Barclay Rewards Visa;
2. My statement for 3/15 has psoted early
3. This is my 14th statement since account opening.
Initial Cl was $500
HP CLI in Aug 2014 from $500 to $1000
I previously thought I would likely see a CLI this month, but based on what I have read here....I am not holding my breath.

I agree, stop holding your breath. Call and ask for what you deserve. Ask (nicely) for any offers available to increase your CL via soft-pull. If they say no, ask for an APR reduction.
I already called and got the PC to rewards Visa and an APR reduction. At the time of the call....no SP CLI was offered.

Barclays is a wierd lender at times with approval, CLI and PC.
I am certain I will not see an auto CLI since I have too many new accounts in the last 6 months, too many inquiries, too many tradelines reporting balances (overall usgae is 22%) and most likely experience with Barclay.

Very weird lender. Sometimes we spend too much, sometimes we spend too little. They're looking for the goldilocks' members to give all the credit to.
Many, MANY thanks to the OP for creating this thread and to everyone else here.
I was able to get my APR reduced from 17.99% to 13.99% and got a $1500 CLI from $4500 to $6000 on my regular Arrival card literally about 15 min ago. I casually asked the CSR about my interest rate, and he suggested that I talk to an acct specialist to see if I was eligible to get it lowered. He transferred me to a very nice woman who was able to lower it by 4% which she mentioned is the max amount that they can lower it at any given time. When she asked me if I had any other questions, that's when I asked her about a CLI. She mentioned she could submit a request without running a credit check, and so obviously I took her up on the offer 
. She asked me my income and then came back with a $1500 increase. Yeah!!!! I just logged in to the website and confirmed the new APR and CL are already there.
FYI they haven't updated my FICO score since 1/26, so even if you haven't been softed in the last 30 days, still give it a try.
Since I have just the regular platinum Arrival MC, I wonder if my new CL makes me eligible to PC to the Arrival+?? Maybe I'll try that out later this year.
