Ok, my score on their website updated this morning (don't know if that mattered) so I can finally add my info to this thread after calling! I called the number on the back of my card and asked if there was an APR reduction available. My Reward's APR is 22.99% and my Apple card's APR is 18.99%. I was transfered to someone that could help me with that. She said they can take one point off of the Rewards card so it is now 21.99%. She then asked if I had any other questions. I asked her if there were any promotions that would apply to the account or a possible SP CLI. She said she could process that to see. Asked for my income. Before giving that I confirmed that it would be a SP. She said yes. We proceeded and I am very happy to say that I now have my first $10,000+ card since my BK was filed in 2009. I received a $2500. increase so the limit went from $8000. to $10,500. That was a 31.5% increase.
She asked if there was anything else. I figured it wouldn't hurt to keep going so I asked if there were any CLI offers available for my Apple card. We confirmed that I didn't get fired or get a raise in the previous 2 minutes so my income was the same. She then told me that my new CL would be $3200. That was a 28% increase.
The increases were close to the same percent (about 30% on average). I haven't noted what others received but I wonder if this will help to gauge what you might see.
So to summerize -
How long have you had an open account with Barclay?
Apple card - Since August 2012 (swapped limits with my Rewards card in November of '14)
Rewards card - Since May of 2014
What date did you get a soft pull CLI?
Most recent is today - April 23 2015. Also received one on the Rewards card during the call to swap limits in November of '14.
Was this your first CLI with Barclay or not?
No
(If you want to include this: How much % was the increase?)
28% and 31.5%
One other note, when I received the other SP CLI last November, that was a 33.5% increase.

Your experience is very encouraging for people who have had the cards for a year or more. It has been awhile since I read through the earlier replies to the thread, but most of the success with APR reduction and SP CLI seem to have been from people who had the card for a very short time to under a year or so. Gives me hope for my rewards card. Congrats!
Read through this thread and decided to give it a shot. Called the number on the back of my Arrival+ card and asked about an APR reduction first, then I asked if there were any CLI offers that didn't require a hard pull.
I got a 4% reduction on my APR which was great, but nothing on the CLI. Account rep said that sometimes they do auto CLI's and that I should look for that if I don't want a hard pull. I have never gotten an auto CLI on any of my cards so I'm not too hopeful on that, but the APR reduction was nice.
Opened my Arrival account on 10/11/2013, so 18 months ago.
I called the number on the back of my card to see about reducing my interest rate on my Barclay Rewards MC. I spoke to a "relationship manager" and was told she would need to transfer me to an account specialist. The specialist was able to reduce my APR from 24.99 to 20.99% effective immediately. However, she wouldn't process the CLI without a HP. So I don't know if maybe I should call main CSV again and see if they can see the offers? A 4 point APR reduction is still a victory, even though I don't carry a balance on this card.
Data Points:
Card: Rewards MC
Last CLI: Auto CLI in 2/2015 1,000 --> 1,500
Starting APR: 24.99
Current APR: 20.99
UTIL: 10.9%, PIF each month

Congratulations! Did you call in for this or was it auto? Either way, nice bump in CL!
I called after reading this thread! So Thank Youuu!!!!
PS: No go on the APR reduction
You are so welcome, even if I created this thread out of my own selfish intentions.
I accept Kudos, Thank You's, and or a car wash!
I'd try for the APR reduction in 6-7 months! Keep it going!
I called after reading this, got a APR reduction and a credit for the int paid last month. The Analyst said you have made all your payments on time so thank you.
So happy it worked for you! I apologize for my delayed response time. Life.
Lots of useful info here.
I think with Barclays, the biggest factor is how you use the card. I could be wrong here, but its seems as those of us that use our Barclay cards very heavily, or as our main card, are getting large CLIS.
Those who use occasionally are too, but not as much or as easily.
I think they just like seeing Heavy Use, Large payments, and occasionl balance carrying ior BTS to earn them some money.
All this together makes them very happy.
Mine is my most used card, and my 1 year CLI was for 2k making a totla of 4k credit.
Granted, that may be small to many of you here, but you must consider I have a small income and thats my largest line.
So I must be doing something right with them right?
Called CS on my Arrival+ card that I opened in 02/2014 Asked if I could request an APR reduction and it was approved Was at 18.99 and now is at 14.99 I don't ever carry a balance on this card but it sure felt good haha!

I agree, plus you never know there might be a day you need to and saving 4 points is pretty big..

Agreed, you never know and like he/she says, 4 points can make a world of difference. You should call back and see if they could also offer you a CLI.
