Congratulations! August 20th is 6 months.

Thank you Simplynoir. And major congrats to Gregory1776 and KellyM273. Today is a good day indeed for the Amex family. I feel each time they approve my limit increase request, I graduate to a new tier of accomplishment with my credit profile. Enjoy your new limits, and best of luck to those who are up for their CLI requests.
My 181 days since last CLI is coming in a couple of weeks. I thinking about 3x on either BCP or SPG. Is it still wise to increase limit on SPG?? I read somewhere SPG might be converted to Chase something...and I do not have good relationship with Chase.

Marriott's press release a few months ago said both Chase and Amex would both keep their current card lineup and introduce new cards. It's possible the SPG has a year or two left of life, but if anything it would be PC'd to a new Amex Marriott card rather than moved to Chase.
Even if it were to move to Chase, you could always move some of the limit to a BCP or another amex card later.
Would the high points value, and transferring for partners be gone?

Assuming the current personal/biz SPGs get discontinued because of the Marriott agreement that's more than likely.
.@simplynoir So soon (year or two) the SPG wont have the value it does now? Points structure will change? Because I have (Unfortunately 😒) looked into what was so special about this card (High point valve, ton of transfer partners) and thought it would be a nice card to add in a year or so, but if its going to be nerfed or pc’d it’s probably not worth it...😞
Marriott's end game is to have all hotel programs follow one reward structure so yes eventually whenever that is the SPG program will be no more. It's why I jumped in last year with both cards and their best SUBs because it was too valuable not to.
