To Apply or Not to Apply for QS1

According to Credit Karma, my approval odds for the Capital One secured card was "Good". I apped and it got approved. My scores have gone up slightly since then. It now says my approval odds for the QS1 card are "Good", which is different from the"Poor" that it was before my scores slightly increased. I have a Capital One secured and a Discover secured on the way, both of which have not yet reported.. Should I apply for the QS1 card or just wait 6 months to try for an unsecured card?

Cap1 will automatically deny a second card if you just got approved as they have a 1 card in 6 months policy.
