Wells Fargo CLI

So, I logged on to WF and noticed that I had been granted a CLI of 1,000. Limit is now 6,000. I have had the account for 9 months. No late payments, but always keep a balance between 1,500-2,000. I use it regularly. I never asked for the increase, but am happy I got it!

I read on here before that they won't consider an increase until you have had the card for 12 months, so I was a little surprised.

Anyone else have much experience with a Wells Rewards card?

I have had my WF cash back Visa for exactly a year today.  It's been an excellent card.  I started out with a 3,000 CL; after 6 months, I requested a CLI, but was denied, since I had my card for less than a year; didn't even get a HP.  But the very next month, WF upped my CL to $4200 on their own, still with no HP.  This was after 7 months of heavy use, but seldom carrying any balance.
