This is a card I would like to have. I wouldnt even care if it was partially secure, just to get in.

I agree..would be nice to get into the door for sure.  Would they accept a BK7 yer at 2-3 years post DC?

I've been banking with these guys for over 10 yrs. & only had a secured card for 3 yrs.  I thought it turned into a regular card until I called.  So my BofA is actually new as of Nov.  And after 3 yrs, what do I get,  a measly 1k.

I got the offer by applying for the bankamericard cash rewards card, declined, came up with the 99/500 offer.  (months ago but if you have an online account the prequal is  on the left side of your screen for months to accept it.)

Ive read others getting it via the pre approval on the BofA site.

Ok....I wouldn't see this as a bad thing....I know its secured, but its a get in the door with BOA..they hate BK7 from my understanding.

Wasnt an instant approval said I will know within a few days but they debit the money immediately for the card so I am assuming I got it.

Ill probably only use it for a few phone bills this year or for automatic payments until it gets a higher limit though. (providing its approved, which I still assume it is  )

They approved me for a secured card three years after burning BOA and I'm still in CH13 until 2017.
