TU 815, EQ 834, and EX 804. What are his chances to get approved with a decent APR since he has only 1 credit card and never opened any other credit cards or loans. He wants to apply for only 1 credit card. Which credit card would you recommend?
Define decent APR.
For some, any APR under 20% is decent. Others scoff at any APR over 10%..
Chase and Citi APR's in general are all over 10%.
Damn good, imo.
No doubt he will get, ask him to apply for the CSP, check for preapproval first. I dont find any reason for him to get declined with those scores, 0 inq and usage of the 1 credit card.
Hope he used the credit card and not just SDed it.
If APR is his only concern why not apply for a Simmons Platinum? FICO scores are high enough for that.
