chase pre - qualified?

I received the pre - qualified message for Chase Freedom and Chase Slate, but when i applied it gave me the 7 - 10 day message. Does that typically mean denied? Ugh! Really wanted a Chase card! :/

Nope it doesn't mean you're denied.  May very well be nothing more than verification.  Call this number and talk to an analyst

I got the same two offers last night, but I was stupid and for some reason went for the slate.  It looked cooler, I wish I would have gone for the freedom for the rewards.

Was instant approval with 7K.

you can go back and apply for freedom today.... 2 apps at a time is pretty typical with chase
