Some cards require that you call and activate from the phone # you provided on your application.  They don't allow on line activations.

yes sir thats what it is but i dont have that number anymore   i trying to get around it some way

Although it is a card for poor credit,  it will help you out.  If you changed your phone number, give it at least 24 hours in their system and then try again to see if it will work.

You won't be able to activate it at all if you have a different phone number
