I did mine litreally the day after approval. Just used the number from the website! So I do not even have the card in my hands yet and already have 10k

I think it was actually 32 days since I got the CLI to 10K. Wasn't sure so I held off until today.

Is say go to live rep ask for$10k take the counter and hopefully next month it will go to normal way.
My restoration hardware and crate and barrel went to rep after approval and they got me some and now they are automated

So after going from 5k to 15k on my Blue Nile card I was not able to get anything through the automated phone system on my American Eagle card. I also tried the Luv button with no success. Any ideas with this card? Just got it a few weeks ago.
