Thanks to great information from members on this forum...I just called and was able to increase my lowes cl from 300 to 5000. I asked for 10000 but was countered with the 5k. Of course I took it. Had hit the luv button several times and even chatted a cpl times with no luck. But a simple 5 minute call did the trick.
