I just app'd for the BCE over the weekend and was approved at $1,000. After reading on here about requesting a CLI at activation I gave it a try. Requested 3x and got offered 2x. I'll take it!

Update to my previous post, over the weekend AMEX gave a $1K increase to my Delta card. I didn't request it but I like it!
