Just on a hunch I decided to check to see if I can increase my 2k limit which I had for over 6 months to 3k. I did it online,instant approval. Cool. About a month and a half ago, I went to cap1 website and attempted to get a CLI on my Qsilver, I put in all my info but changed my mind before hitting the submit button. I already had a 4k limit and i said to myself "nah". The next day I check my email, and they went ahead and added an extra 1k anyways. Now I'm 5k strong.
