Thank you for the links.  I already have a Chase Freedom card.  They auto upgraded me from the "Chase Flexible Rewards" card I was approved for back in 2006 to the "Chase Freedom".  My limit was always $500 on the card and they have never given me an auto CLI.  Now I'm approved the the Chase Sapphire Preferred with an $8k limit which makes me wonder why they never gave me an auto CLI on my Chase Freedom.

On the second link, what is 1:1 Transfer points?
