APPROVED for Gold Amex Delta Sky after denial of Blue EVD 3 days prior

So I applied for an Amex EVD card the other day and got denied. Yesterday I got a offer by mail for the Gold Delta Sky Amex card that had my sky mile number on it.... so I was curious as to whether they would deny me. Well I applied again using the my delta sky Mile number and the offer code and was APPROVED!!!! Only for 1K but I am surprised since I was just denied for the Amex EVD card two days prior!!

Congrats Sueblue! I was recently approved for the delta gold for 1k as well. My 61 days for my 3x CLI is coming up so I am hopeful that goes in my favor! Good luck with your Amex.

Congrats, I've had my Delta Skymiles Gold for about / weeks. Applied for the AMEX Green card 6/30/2017 and was denied. Hopefully by utilizing the Delta properly it'll earn me the AMEX Green or PRG
