Accepted Penfed Credit Card CLI Pre-Approval!!!

Penfed offered me a CLI for credit card last week. I didn't decided until today. I didn't take the max amount of pre-approval (up to $21.4K).  I didn't want to get denial. I only accepted the amount $7800. I chose my Penfed Rewards Visa Signature Card for the limit increase. It only got $5K.  I got approved for the full amount $7800 after completing the pre-approved application. They increased from $5000 to $12.8K. Now, it is waiting for manual review.

OMG, Penfed pre-approvals are good as done... if they offered you $20 something you shoudl have taken $20 something!!!

Pre-APPROVAL? Why the need for an analyst if it's pre-approved?
