Alas, got SP CLI on Citi DC - CL $5200

Its been close to 6 months i received the credit limit increase on my CITI DC. been trying every now and then when it says "Credit report will not be pulled for this request"

today got that lucky message., "Congrats, your credit limit increase request is increased" from CITI SP CLI. still not the best of credit limit card, but just not bad.

credit limit on this card is now at $5200. $1400 increased. 

always put atleast $400 on this card and pay it slowly keeping some balances, still within 0% purchase apr period..

Gonna keep hitting the SP CLI's again and again until it says "credit report will be pulled"

Even if the soft pull language shows Citi will only allow one sp cli every 6 months.

Congrats on SP CLI!

As has been said, you won't be eligible for another SP CLI for ~6 months after your last CLI (you may be able to get approval a few days early, but that's it).

Coming from a sub 2k DC, a 5k+ DC is a great cl. Very nice sp luv, cant wait to get one 1 day

For many folks this card is *known* for its stingy CL and CLIs...

Congrats on getting it to over 5K...

Going to have to remind a family member to check if its been 6mo since last CLI because even after one hit of CL, its still not near 5K

Congrats, that is the increase I have received twice (every 6 months) and you will find is pretty typical of Citi regardless of your spend/payment patterns.  The only way to get anything more is agreeing to a hard pull.
