I joined Alliant back in 2010, opened a savings account, since then, I opened a Platinum Visa with them a year ago, application was easy, approved the next day over the phone for $15,000.00, with a rate of 10.24%, I called them yesterday to increase my credit limit, they use Equifax Pinnacle 2.0 for their scoring model, my score came back at 747, they increased my credit line to $30,000.00 and switched me over to their Platinum Rewards program, I know this credit union doesn't get the attention it once did a few years ago, but they still offer great service, and seem to be pretty generous once you join! Also, no proof of income for me on either application.

Wow.. That is a nice increase. Congrats..
Also, today, I requested an increase on my PenFed Travel Amex, bumped me from $21,000.00 to $25,000.00, took about 30 minutes to get a decision, wasn't much, but Ill take it none the less!

Mmm nice bump, this Credit Union is in my radar
Enjoy the increadible approval !!
Nice job!
I normally don't like CU cards much but if Alliant is a bit more giving than others and isn't so strict on UW (pyramiding debt or escalating debt cough cough), I'd give them a shot in the future myself.
