Congrats on your approval.    That's great news.

Did you have many inquiries when you were approved?

I had 7 most fall off between march - may 2015  but now I have a few new ones on equifax and 1 on experian. I will also put my score up if they give it to me.

I was approved yesterday for a 5000 card at 10.99 for purchases and 8.9 for balance transfers (for life of card )and no fees to transfer if ( you call in every BT instead of doing yourself )  I think it may be 5% if you do it yourself. I don't know what offer you will get I am just letting you know what they offered me. They asked how much I wanted and I said 5,000. This is better than Navy Federal for BT. I am glad to be so lucky to have both. income 23,000   I know!!!!!!!!!!!         Let us know if anyone has good luck with them like I did. I called in and they offered to do my app on the phone and it was approved at 8am after she got my check stubs I emailed with license. card is on its way. They are very fair. Do they hard pull for membership?  Do they do a Chex inq?  A CU that pulls TU perked my ears a bit

They just said they were going to pull transunion and my credit karma score was 681.  There was a inquire the next day  on credit karma. I applied on 21st  they pulled  on the 22nd  and showed on credit karma 23rd.   I hope they only did 1 pull. I promise I will post what ever info they give me. I did my app on the phone and  did electronic signature online. I scanned my pay stubs and emailed them to Altra federal credit union with the email they sent me.  My son did it for me.

I would make sure to ask if you were going to be approved for the life of the transfer. I am not sure everyone gets that. The lowest APR is 6.99

I applied on Saturday for kicks, HP was done for membership, and another hard pull for CC application, TU pulled for both! Got an email for income verification, will know the results tomorrow. My TU score here is 772, I will report what model they use once I get a decision. Also, I requested a $15,000 credit line.

I hope you get approved. They just sent me an email asking to take a quick survey about my experience. The other day I found a comment about this credit union and decided to apply for the BT. So glad I did. keep us posted and good luck!
