Congrats on the increase. I was at $6,000 about 2 weeks ago, I did the chat, asked for $12,000, rep said I would receive a letter in the mail with a decision. Received the letter saying cl request was denied, but logged onto my account, limit was raised from $6,000 to $10,000.
