When you log in to your Amazon card account, there is a button by your transactions.  Click on the chat with a rep and ask them if you would be able to get an increased credit limit.  Reach for the stars because they counter offer if they don't like your offer.  I had a sl of $700 bought 1 thing and paid it as soon as it showed on my account.  I have had it for about 4 months now but I find that you can chat as soon as you get your card.  I chatted with them and asked for $3000 and was instantly approved.  I should've asked for more.  My other sync cards I did and they countered.  They tell you sorry I can't give you $25k but I can give you 2.5k  or whatever.  It is simple and it only takes a couple minutes.  Best of luck.

with walmart i wait 1 month and approved for $3,500 , $900-$3500 , with amazon i wait 4 months and approved for $3,500 too , $800-$3,500 , you can wait 1 month and try ask for $3,000 , i think is the magic number and ask for chat.

Be careful because I have both this one and Walmart and it is super easy to get to the limit
