I was approved for 600 this weekend, hope to see some of the same CLI magic by end of summer

Surprisingly, GE has been good with all my CLI's on all 4 of my cards == eBay Mastercard, Walmart, Walmart Discover, and Amazon.  Now, just recently, I was denied a CLI on my Amazon and the letter states:  We are not able to assign the credit line you requested, because it exceeds the amount of increase our policy allows.  Your credit limit as of the date of this letter is $2500.00.  If we may be of further assistance, please contact us.

Granted, they just uppped my Walmart from 2300 to 3800 and my eBay MC is now my highest limit by 65 bucks(5065).  The Walmart Discover is too new to request a CLI and my poor Amazon store card looks to be my lowest GE limit now.

you should call up and recon for a higher CL. You might get lucky. Ask for 5k see what they counter with.
