I haven't seen it in a few months but the last time I checked it was in the 660-675 range. It used to be the highest of my three scores, but EQ has surpassed it. Looks like you're close. One thing I had going for me is I've had my Barclay card for almost a year and a half and perfect payment history. Seems like once I had that card for a year, my chances of approvals went up.

Was kinda expecting to get declined. Have way too many inquiries. More than I've ever had. Definitely glad to finally be in the Amex family. Hell, I wouldv'e been happy with a 300Cl.

How many inquiries do you have? I had applied for a car loan in April and the dealership put like 20 inquiries on my report! I thought they all counted as one Smiley Sad It was all within a week of each other.

I was originally approved through the Capital One blank check deal, but the interest rate was 11% for a used vehicle. The chevy dealer swore they'd pull my credit report once, but the next day I got eight alerts where they pulled my credit. (sounds like I got lucky compared to you) Definitely wasn't happy. The good part was they got me a 7% interest rate through Wells Fargo on a 2012 Silverado.

In the last two years I probably have close to 15-18 inquries.

4/13 Scores - EQ 521 - TU 541 - EX-592
2/2015 Scores EQ 677 TU 650
Current Cards - Chase Freedom 3.5K / 4K Barclays reward /American Express 500 / DiscoverIT 1500 / QuickSilver / 1.3K Walmart / Auto Loan of 24k really helped my scores

Congrats!

FICO scores are your calling card to the business world. Build a negative reputation and those doors are hard to open, find that perfect balance of credit responsibility and those doors open when you desire them.
