Amex 3x (almost!) CLI Approval

Great end to my day! I have been trying the Amex 3x CLI for quite some time. I followed all of the directions I found on here and to no avail. I was denied both times that I tried! So, I sort of gave up and forgot about it until today. Today, I was just looking through my account and said, "Why not?!". I was still hesitant to go for the full 3x so I went for 2.5x (not that I thought it would make a difference).

APPROVED!!! $5000--->$12500!!!

Needless to say, I was shocked. But, hey, maybe Amex got the hint after I put about $15000 through the card over the past 6 months it's been open! Whoohooo!!!
