The BCE does not show up on my online account? Do I need to add it manually after I receive the card?

Awesome!!! As far as setting up the account, if memory serves me correct I don't believe I was able to set up my account until I received my card.

+1, you will have to wait until the card arrives and then activate and link them together. Still waiting for mine to come in.
