Hello All,
I went on a little app spreee after closing on my house last week. I'm happy with the results considering my scores were in the 500s a couple of months back. But I really wanted a 10K card My highest limit report is Amex 5K so I think that's why everyone stays in this range.
Sallie Mae World - $5000 got it increased to $6000 pulled TU
Discover IT - $5500 got it increased to $6250 pulled EQ how often can I get increases via SP?
Amazon $2200 got it increased to $6000 pulled TU how often can I get increases via SP?
Lowes $3900 got it increased to $17,000 pulled TU (got my 10k + card even though it's a store card
BJ Mastercard - got 7-10 days message but when I called comenity they can't even find my application and advised me to reapply. I don't want to risk another inquiry. EX is frozen so I think this may be the reason. I tHought they pulled EQ though? Any thoughts on this? I called EQ and there is no inquiry from them yet
I still have the following on my list to apply for once my EX issue is resolved.
Bloomingdales Amex
CSP
NASA
UPDATE: I applied for a credit card with my local credit union called NEFCU and they approved me for a visa card for 5K. I guess I should be happy but I hate how everyone stays in the 5K range! So annoying. They also offered me a LOC for $3500 using the same pull. I asked for a higher limit otherwise I am not interested.
I think I should stop applying for cards till my credit profile can support accounts past 5K. It's so annoying hearing this limit! Even though I couldn't even get a $1000 couple of month back LOL

So I have thought about applying for a BoA card but I messed up with them really bad back in 2005. Do they blacklist? I was told by the bank one day that I was pre-approved but decided not to apply. Also who do they pull? Any ideas?
Thanks everyone!
