So finally, I wanted a GE backed (non store) card for CL sake so I went ahead and apped for The PayPal Extras MC just now.

I was told to call in to finish the application. He asked for a cell phone number and verified my identity with a text message and after a few minutes, I was approved!

I'm not sure if this card typically starts off with a small CL but since I can get regular SP CLI, I'm ok with it as I read that it can grow. I got a $3K initial CL.

Slept on it.. decided that GE loves me more than the initial $3K CL so I called Credit Analyst and got a $7K CLI which brings my new PayPal Extras MasterCard to $10K.

Edit: Oh, and as suspected, they pulled TU.

Told you they grow fast! In 4 statements, you can ask for another CLI and they will counter.

I promise I'm done soon and will garden for a VERY LONG TIME.

I just called Discover and asked for a CLI. Account opened in 2011 at $1.5K. Back in May, I got it increased via a SP to $3K. I called just now but needed to talk to a credit analyst. Asked some questions and they could approve me up to $7.9K with a SP but since I asked for more and I'm hoping they pull TU (since that's what they pulled before), he did a HP, came back and approved me for a $12K CLI, bringing my CL to $15K!

I'll check reports tomorrow to confirm which they pulled. They pulled EQ/TU when the account opened and last year of March when I asked for CLI and was declined they also pulled TU.
