Approved for Amex BCP! (and also, a dumb question)

So I applied online, got instant approval (yay! *celebrate*)

Dumb question: until I get the card in the mail, is there a way to tell what my credit limit they gave me is? I have no mention of the card yet on my online login for amex, nor did the welcome email or confirmation page say it.

I'm not a frequent CC applier so not really sure how this stuff works..

Congratulations--that's my dream card! Give them a call. They should be able to tell you.

Yes, just call their 800# and go through the automated prompts... Don't need to talk to any humans... Congrats.

[ Edited ]

Thanks guys, I'm actually really happy to have my ultimate card lineup set!

Icalled the 800 number and....they didn't have any info on file. Well, that makes sense I only applied like less than an hour ago lol.

I'll call tomorrow. In the meantime, time to start crossing off the days til day 61 for that CLI....

Another question, if I'm an AU on an amex card, does that count towards my available credit from AmEx? I know that if you request a CLI that would take you over 34k in amex limit across all accounts they start requesting tax documents.....The amex card I'm an AU on has a limit of like 12K...will that count towards the 34k limit?

Woot! Just called, they gave me 9K - highest limit to date!

What are the odds they'll do 3x to 27k in 61 days....hehe I'm almost afraid to try cuz that'd be pushing it

Congrats!! Can you tell us a little bit about your credit profille, inquiries, AAoA, score, etc.?  Also, did they only hard pull EX for your app? I'm wanting to apply as well but not sure I have the right portfolio to do so yet.
