Today I was approved for the Best Buy store card with a limit of $1,000. I was wondering if this is better than the best buy card with the master card logo? does this card have an annual fee?
Congrats! Thanks for sharing.

@Anonymous mastercard version can be used anywhere mastercard is accepted; the store card can only be used @ Best Buy........so for ME the mastercard version would have been better.
Congrats and thanks for sharing! I would recommend PIF when you can. The interest can be a kick to the stomach if your balance gets high!
Good morning, I think the card with the MasterCard logo would be the better card because you can use it anywhere!
Your TOC should tell you if it has an AF, grats on your new card
Worked at Best Buy for five years and never had a store card with an AF, unless you were on the "Plan B Account" but they would've notified you if that were the case.
Some of the MyBestBuy Mastercards used to have AFs, but again, they would've made it very clear upon approval for you.
The store card will grow, slowly, but it will grow! Unfortunately, since being sold to Citi bank, Best Buy doesn't run the 36 months 0% interest anymore, seems like 12 months is the most I see anymore!!

Congrats on your approval
