Auto CLI on Target and Macy's

Logged in today for a pleasant surprise.  Macy's double my credit limit from $600 to $1200.  I went to Target and bought grocery, logged in to find the finall increased my limit from $300 to $800.  I have had both since last September.  I had slowed down on using Target, the limit is so low it became a hassle to deal with.  Macy's declined my CLI about 4 times.
