BARCLAY CLI

Barclay gave me automatic increase of $700, from 2500 to 3,200 limit now. I can't believe they increased my limit after having 1,700 balance on the card! Smiley Happy

Barclay is the best!! Smiley Happy

Now Im thinking to ask BofA for an increase. Ive had the card since 2010 with $600 limit only, Do I have a chance of getting approved?

Also out mortgage is now showing on my report, will that mess up my request?

Is it a good thing to have mortgage on my report or a bad thing when asking for increase or opening a new card?

I would think a good thing. it's another TL and a stable one at that!  our mortgage closes next week and we are going furniture and appliance shopping the day after.  On GEMB's dime....they don't know that yet....lolSmiley LOL

Re: BARCLAY CLI

thanks!!

Should I ask BofA for an increase or Barclay for more increase? but they just gave me an automatic increase a week ago. I dont know if they will approved me for more or not. I got a pre approved letter from discover and im also thinking of opening a card with them,

I need more credit badly cause I need to buy a plane ticket to visit family this christmas.

Should I go for BofA or barclay? Forget about CapOne they will never give increase unless they feel like it. lol

Re: BARCLAY CLI

thanks! theyre very good with increase. I did not expect that they will give me another $700 knowing i have 1700 balance on a 2500 limit card. Could not be any happier! Smiley Happy

how much is your limit on your APPLE? I wanna apply for an apple card but i dont know if i should just ask for more increase instead of opening a new account
