BBVA NBA automated increase.

Signed in today to pay the card down for the weekend and noticed an increase. I was approved for it last May/June? and used it up to the limit for the 5% last year and didn't touch it until December for a few thousand in purchases. Was approved for 20,000 and now it's 23,000. It's not much and it's on the lower side of the limits I have, but any unequested increase is good to me. I remember a few weeks ago someone asked about their increases and there wasn't much information. So, now at least we know they do automated ones.

Well that sure is welcome news to learn of and many thanks for sharing it.

Mine is what i consider still relatively new having just been approved in Sept during an all out mega spree. Oddly enough just when it looked like decent SL's had been all exhausted i took a chance on BBVA and to my utter surprise they smoked nearly all the approvals after Capital One Venture at the time.

Something worth keeping watch on now with Compass Bank, Thanks again.

This is a great news !!! I don't think they will give me a CLI on my 30K, but who knows.

The good news is that now we can get more points for the NBA all star weekend that ends on Sunday 2/14....

Congrats.  Another data point, I was told by my account manager with BBVA when I was approved back late last year for 20k that any request above 20k would require income verification.  Don't know if that's across the board of just for my account.

@I forget my actual score at approval but I think it was around 705 @20k/11.24%
