BoA is great with CLI (CLI requests will be a TU pull btw, not EX if that makes you feel better.)

Not a Huge fan of BofA but they will grow for sure. there CLI are always HP but if you give them some time and history I almost gurantee they will approve you for a CLI and hand you out a generous one. They are not ones to just give 500 to 1k increases usually much more than that. I got my card from 500 to 2k and then a week later approved for a 7.5k rewards card.
