Got a call today from BOA and i was surprised that they increased my CL from $15K to $30K on my Privileges Cash Reward Card.
Still trying to digest that one. It was a SP since I dont have an alert from EX and all my reports are frozen.

Not sure why I typed $25K it's actually $30K.
So I went from $15K to $30K

cool! I will soon do a product change for their travel rewards card and at this time I will try to ask for a CLI by SP. this is a test and if they would only do it with a HP I will keep the CL. but curious to see how far I will get by simply asking...never done it

I have been banking with them for over 10 years and have direct diposit with them etc. So when they called me and told me i have been a valued customer for so long, used my card responsibly, they offered a CLI. And i'm certain it was a SP since all my reports are frozen solid.
So they know how much I make, I also have som investment with them

Maybe my Amex or chase will do that to me one day.
