Called the BOA backdoor number and spoke with a Senior credit Analyst.
She was profession and polite and repeated the usual spill about they approved my online CLI for what they felt was approbriate. I objected and stated I use this card often and pay in full for the last couple years. I have newer cards with way higher limits...she asked me what I wanted I said 6k she said ...did you say 8k....I said yes lol. She said she would notify me in 24 hours after a review my information. Honestly I forgot about it with today being so stressful at work...she called back on my way home and said congradulations 8k is your new limit! Great News.
