I did call before when i first got the card like a month ago and I requested i think 3000 and was auto denied but they Idk if they were anyone that could make a descision though.  I haven't even used the card yet because i really was planning on using it to get my cabinets.

What do you mean auto denied?  If you just punched your numbers in, you went through the regular Customer Service number.  You need to call GECRB Credit Solutions, the Analyst will take your info, put you on hold and let you know.  We can't call for you.
