Best Buy CLI

Have the store card.

Went from 1,300 to 4,000. Cost a HP on EQ but that CLI was worth the HP.

That CLI was definitely worth a HP. Congrats! Was it HSBC or Capital One you dealt with?

Capital One Card Services, formerly HSBC Bank Nevada, a division of Capital One Bank USA, NA. Basically still the same HSBC reps/policies as before. The systems aren't merged yet.

Re: Best Buy CLI

That's where I am confused, why are some customer initiated CLI HP's while others such as the one I experienced recently was only a SP.
