Hi all,
Im going to purchase a new television worth $2499 after tax.
Now I was originally going to use my CSP to purchase it, but i have a concern on my best buy card>. My limit is 1,500 on my best buy, would it work if i purchase it with the best buy card for the 24 month financing or does it have to have a bigger credit line?
It's still a $2500 purchase regardless of whether you finance it it not. Your best bet is to the number on the card and tell them what you intend to buy and see if they will raise your credit limit at least for this one purchase

I pulled the trigger on a CLI, says to wait 2-4 on response, well see what happens.
You could split the payment put 1500 on your best buy card and that would still qualify for the no interest promo and put the remainder on your CSP.
I asked for a 1,500 credit line increase and was approved. lol

Thats what i did when i bought my TV. Put like 500 on my BBY card and $100 on CSP and got the 18 mos. financing still
Wow. too bad you pulled the trigger before going in store. had you went in the store. even with your 1500 limit told the sales rep what you wanted. they would have called citi and got you instant cli. even more than your tv worth. remember the purpose is to move the merchandise. you can still go in store even before you get decision and get your cli because the reason is large putchase. they will give it to you then. give it a shot. good luck.
Thanks for the heads up
