OP, congrats on approval!   Although the CL might be low, bear in mind that the CC may be a hidden TL (so far, no one has seen it on their CRs).   So you can let the UTIL get higher than you may typically do for CCs and not have it affect your scoring.

I was under the impression that Blispay was a "hidden" tradeline but just now I noticed that its reporting on my Experian credit report.. Did this change?

Yes it changed earlier this month when they started reporting to Experian.
