I just wanted to say thank you to everyone on the forum.  My 99/500 card just hit the 9 month mark, and I called to request early graduation.  BAM - Approved!  The analyst said that he liked the way I handled my card, and how I have been handling my credit while rebuilding.  Baller4life thank you for your advice throughout this forum on the 99/500 card.  I followed your advice and it served me well.  Not only was I graduated early, my CL was raised to $2,000 without asking for a CLI.  I also know that within the next 30 days I need to request a CLI to use the same HP, and ask for the moon!  This forum is awesome!

I'm so glad to read this. I recently applied and got the 99/500 as a counter but it took me too long to respond so I called and have to wait for the letter in the mail. I was rather unsure about this considering it is such  low amount and i have other cards with much higher limits than this. After a lot of research "and stuff", I've decided to go with this card and make it my every day card and PIF every month for about 6 months or so then request the graduation. The analyst I spoke with said that the request can be made as little as 5 months in.

Also... I read Baller4lifes post and my my my, I need his tenacity

Congrats on getting the card dk2003. I felt the same way when i accepted the card.  It was secured and was my lowest CL at the time.  However, it's a great way to get "in" with a prime bank.  Follow the advice on here - use heavily and PIF - and your results will be good.  I will admit that I was a little nervous when calling...I'm used to getting turned down, but the CS rep was so nice and acted like there was no doubt in his mind that I should be approved.  Good luck on your journey.
