I just got an upgrade to Quicksilver from Platinum, and am happy as a clam! It's our oldest card, and I am very humbly grateful that they took a chance on us. They even gave us a ridiculous CLI to $5000! This is a card that began at $500!!! I have my gorgeous son on it, and THAT, my friend, is WHAT'S IN MY WALLET! A symbol of triumph and hard work. I am proud to have this card and to have it grow with me as my credit score grows.

When the credit score reached 720, I paid it to zero and called the regular number and asked if we qualified for a PC,( knowing that we did)
and when they told me we did, they transferred me to the PC specialist who took care of it. It was pretty quick and easy. They were friendly and courteous.
