For the record.....I am AU on both of my wife's Capital One QS accounts. 1 has a $500 limit and the other has a $2K limit. The $2K limit card was increase from $500 to $2K in June 2014. It is now eligible for CLI. The luv button gives an additional $500 to a new limit of $2,500. The other account still gets denied for an increase.
Do I take the $500 from the luv botton and run or wait until the automatic increase and hope for a higher line?
With the other QS still stuck at $500 and a perfect payment history over 4 years....can't decide to keep it open or not. Problem is that the $500 AU card has a 4 year history and Capital One will not love me enough to make it worth keeping.
Any suggestions?
